Meetings are held on the First Wednesday (except January) each scheduled month and begin at 6:30 p.m. If a meeting is cancelled, contact your Executive Board Member or Officer to see if there is a rescheduled date. If possible a change in meetings will be mailed with the monthly minutes to the stewards. Otherwise, the President will notify the Executive Board Members who, in turn, will notify stewards in their agency. Stewards are responsible for notifying members under their jurisdiction. If unsure about locations, contact your Executive Board Member for directions.
